Following her graduation in December, Claire Casey started a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Medical Device Development. We are so proud of Claire for also serving as a graduate student instructor at the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

The Washington Post published an article featuring former MLS student Sam Muir’s touchdowns and Georgetown Prep’s win over rival Landon. The article also touches on inspiration from his late father. Sam will go to the Naval Academy next year where he will play Lacrosse for the Midshipmen.

Congratulations to our students recognized as Athletic Award Winners by McLean High School! Lianne Garrahan was named Manager of the Year for her work on the Swim & Dive team. Norah Molnar received the Booster Award, and Ryan Jessar was given the Highlander Award as a football player. We are proud of all of our students accomplishments in the classroom and on the field!

Elisabeth (“Libby”) Eick is a finalist in the 29th annual Blank Theatre’s Young Playwrights Festival! Every summer, the Blank Theatre in Los Angeles picks 12 plays out of hundreds to fully produce in a month-long festival. Libby’s winning play is called Living With It. She will work with a mentor, a director, and actors to watch her play come to life on the stage. It will stream with the Blank Theatre this summer. We are all quite proud of Libby!
