Personalized Learning and Custom Curricula Program

MLS provides a place and people to engage and connect students academically and socially who may be excluded from a school during the academic year…

 “We utilized MLS when our student was not able to finish out the regular school year as planned. The staff at MLS was exceptionally understanding and supportive. They quickly established contact with us to set up a meeting, to review our specific needs and situation.

Our child was included in the process from the beginning, welcomed warmly, and made to feel comfortable and accepted. A curriculum was developed, independently by MLS, based upon the current requirements and needs to complete the school year. In this specific case, the previous school declined to provide any support for developing a curriculum based upon the previous guidelines, so MLS was on their own.

The staff rose to the challenge with total professionalism.  Our child enjoyed every day at MLS. Everything was positive including the teachers, the pace which was appropriate with engaging content, and our child made friends with other students at the school. Every day attendance was met with enthusiasm, without complaint.

I think one of the highest comments I can share is one that came after the end of our session with MLS. We were discussing future school plans. The school year was complete, thanks to MLS, and we were moving on, and establishing a plan. My child asked if it were possible to continue at MLS for the rest of high school. I think that’s pretty positive!  It was a great experience for our child.

Everyone was so kind and professional at MLS. Mary Lou and Colton were professional, direct, and extremely caring. The teachers were engaging and dedicated. I am thankful that the MLS institution exists. They made a very sad situation, a bit brighter, and provided a much happier ending.”
